Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of S corporations and their value to small businesses.
• 2+ years of relevant Tax and Accounting experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with online bookkeeping and payroll systems like Xero, QBO, and Gusto.
• Experience using Salesforce, Front, Slack, Calendly, and G Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hyper organized and able to juggle multiple clients and asks.
• Resourcefulness and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Inform members on how S-Corps work and how they can be a tool to optimize taxes.
• Understand clients’ financial background and goals, helping them identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide year-round tax advice and customer support.
• Build and maintain trust with members through clear and timely communication.
• Provide exceptional support on tax and accounting inquiries.
• Develop strong internal relationships and serve as an advocate for members.
• Proactively provide updates to members on key milestones.
