Responsibilities:
  • Act as the local subject matter expert on local labor laws and regulations
  • Support the People & Culture department in deploying employee programs
  • Manage employee relations issues from intake to closure
  • Assist in creating offer letters and job descriptions
  • Leverage internal data metrics to influence business changes
  • Prepare and oversee employee onboarding and events
  • Provide language support for corporate documents
  • Operate leave management and supervise severance procedures
  • Manage mandatory employee trainings
  • Collaborate within a global matrixed organization
  • Maintain employee files and HRIS systems
  • Guide the performance and compensation review processes
  • Update employee Work Rules and HR Policies
  • Support benefits and leave management
  • Assist office and IT coordination for new employees
