- 3-5 years of direct HR experience with emphasis on Bulgarian employee relations and HR processes.
- Written and spoken English business proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage through ambiguity.
- Formal understanding of multiple HR systems and processes.
- Ability to apply new ideas to generate solutions.
- Commitment to high standards of ethical behavior.

- Advanced proficiency using Google Suite.
- HRIS and Smartsheet experience a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
- Act as the local subject matter expert on local labor laws and regulations.
- Support the People & Culture department in deploying employee programs.
- Manage employee relations issues from intake to closure.
- Assist in the creation of offer letters and job descriptions.
- Leverage internal data metrics to influence business changes.
- Prepare and oversee employee onboarding and events.
- Provide language support for corporate documents.
- Operate leave management on behalf of the company.
- Supervise severance and termination procedures.
- Manage mandatory employee trainings and maintain HRIS systems.
- Guide the annual performance and compensation review processes.
- Support benefits and leave management.
- Assist in coordination of deliveries and IT setup for new employees.
- Act as the employer representative for legal documentation.
- Occasionally support sourcing or recruiting.
