Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a people management role in healthcare staffing.
• At least one year of staffing/recruiting for travel nurses.
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform performance conversations.
• Top performer in an Advocate or equivalent position that required retention and recruiting.
• Clear communicator, both written and orally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AA/AS or BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Mentorship and leadership experience with demonstrated success preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day for their team members to ensure team members are hitting their goals and KPIs.
• Evaluate team’s performance and provide feedback and support to help team members improve and grow.
• Act as a liaison between the team and upper management or other departments to plan and improve performance.
• Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and ensure that information is disseminated effectively.
• Identify and address challenges or obstacles within workflows that may impact the team's performance.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, recognizing team achievements and supporting high morale.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Recruiter workflows, processes, and Trusted’s tools.
