Requirements:

A qualified solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales.
3-5 years of PQE with a robust background in commercial contracts.
Proven track record in a business environment.
Strong commercial experience.
Excellent communication skills for negotiations.
Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of Legal on all legal aspects of the business.
Negotiate the sales of biodiversity units and nature shares.
Draft and negotiate contracts with larger clients and attend client meetings.
Report to the Head of Legal on contract terms and business risks.
Support the Sales team throughout the sale process.
Cultivate relationships with external counsel.
Manage the IP portfolio and privacy requirements.
