Responsibilities:

Co-create and articulate the strategic direction of Teaching Lab Studio’s operations and strategy with the Managing Director and executive leadership team.
Design, develop, maintain, and update internal structures, systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Train and guide team members in implementing these systems to meet organizational goals.
Research and manage a strategy for partnerships, incubations, acquisitions, integrations, or mergers to improve programmatic impact.
Ensure an inclusive and equitable approach for all team members.
