Senior Network Security Engineer / Development

Requirements:

• Development contributions to enterprise scale software (Python preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive security experience with expertise in multiple domains such as Governance Risk & Compliance, Network Security, and Cloud Security.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels across a large enterprise and drive to outcomes.
• Deep understanding and practical application of zero trust strategies, like NIST Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), and hands-on experience with industry leading zero-trust technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development (programming/scripting) of platform integrations across Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Deploy, lead and maintain Network Security infrastructure including IDS/IPS systems, Sinkholes, Honeypots, etc.
• Develop scripts and playbooks to automate routine tasks and ensure consistent security policies across systems.
• Develop and implement solutions to better detect and respond to threats in the corporate network.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Drive the adoption and enforcement of GoDaddy’s Zero Trust Networking across the business.
