Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related applied science discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in building design/construction industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks.
• Passion for climate action and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, review, and analyze project design and construction information from various sources.
• Process, analyze, and validate energy and water performance data to confirm accuracy.
• Create monthly or quarterly reports for clients including findings and recommendations.
• Provide submetering and monitoring design strategies for new or existing buildings.
• Coordinate metering and monitoring requirements and support integration into Building Automation Systems.
• Track building performance through occupancy in support of sustainability goals.
• Write LEED MBCx and documentation for third-party certification processes.
