Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of management consulting and hands-on experience in process automation, business process management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma. Proficiency in automation tools like RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
  • Relevant certification in process automation or related technologies preferred.

  • Project Management: Experience managing projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead process automation projects from inception to completion to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define project requirements.
  • Develop detailed process automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, creating workflows, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Configure, test, and deploy automated processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide training to clients on implemented solutions, offer ongoing support, and address any issues or improvements as needed.
