Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years leading or participating in data and analytics projects in a quantitative or analytical business environment.
• Solved complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable business insights.
• Developed and implemented data and analytics solutions.
• Proven proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
• Demonstrated the ability to clean, transform, and model data for decision-making, preferably with SQL, R, or Python.
• Worked directly with customers on high-priority initiatives.
• Earned a BA or BS degree, preferably in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our customers through transformational change by driving the design and execution of data and analytics strategies.
• Use data and analytics to collaborate with customer leaders to understand business challenges and design the desired future state.
• Contribute to the direction of our Data and Analytics Consulting practice through exceptional customer service and business development.
• Work with teams of customer personnel and Point B consultants to plan and deliver data and analytics initiatives.
• Grow as a leader with mentorship from senior consultants and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-owner.
