Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred).
Experience repairing major appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and cleaning products.
Familiarity with tools and diagnostic test equipment.
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and document product/system issues.
Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
Must meet physical requirements, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
Document findings, assess problems, and make decisions on repairs or part replacements.
Process paperwork and perform data entry upon job completion.
Pre-screen service calls to gather necessary information for diagnosis.
Meet or exceed company metrics regarding customer satisfaction and other key performance indicators.
