Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances preferred, including refrigeration systems and cooking products.
• Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements typically associated with field service repair, such as continuously bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and make decisions regarding repairs or replacements.
• Process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
• Pre-screen service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problems.
• Meet or exceed company metrics such as customer satisfaction and parts management.
