Requirements:

• BA/BS degree and 12 years of software development experience are required.
• Active DoD - Top Secret SCI clearance is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end user requirements and specifications.
• Lead software development efforts and deployment processes to include conducting system testing and troubleshooting application deployment.
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems and produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements.
• Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance and recommend improvements to existing software products.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior developers and ICON Innovation Collaborative staff.
