Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HRBP in a mobile app, tech or online-focused company.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and people strategies in a digital or tech environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy.
• Proven experience with HR analytics and data interpretation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in HR systems, ideally with experience in platforms such as Factorial, Workable, or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and team development.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Design and implement strategies for talent development, including performance management and skill-building programs.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and development by partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture by managing conflict resolution and promoting engagement initiatives.
• Provide support during organizational transformation and manage employee relations issues.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee global employee policies.
