Requirements:

• Registered/Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Arkansas.
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in a dental setting.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Medical record abstracting skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assure accuracy and timeliness of all dental reviews within contract requirements.
• Assess, evaluate, and address daily workload and review queues; adjust work schedules daily to meet workload demands.
• Analyze productivity of reviewers.
• Identify staff learning needs and develop plans to address them.
• Perform Annual Performance reviews of direct reports.
• Responsible for quality monitoring activities and addressing areas of improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of review processes and assist clinical staff.
• Perform applicable review types as needed.
• Foster professional relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Attend training and meetings for updated information.
• Cross-train to perform other contract duties.
