  • Minimum 3 years of CRM marketing experience.
  • Experience with email platforms and ESPs.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and experience with CDPs, some SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of A/B experimentation best practices.
  • Lightweight HTML and CSS skills.
  • Strong abilities in forecasting and reporting on KPIs, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and report on KPIs including email and SMS list growth, transactions, and customer retention.
  • Improve CRM KPIs through iterative A/B testing and develop audience segmentation strategies.
  • Understand and outline various marketing user journeys within the customer base.
  • Manage existing transactional messages and optimize user flows for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and brand marketing teams for cohesive messaging.
