Requirements:

• BA/BS in business, operations research, statistics or analytics
• 1-4 years experience in project management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience working with business unit leadership and creating analytic hypotheses
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent critical decisions
• Proven communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Partner with COO & Retrieval Leaders to identify business needs and create process requirements
• Make measurable improvements to cost structure, client success, and quality metrics
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Retrieval Teams
• Develop data management systems for feedback and metrics
• Contribute to strategic plans with operational insights and recommendations
• Ensure project requirements and deadlines are met through coordination
• Identify and resolve issues with Operations Team members
• Manage multiple projects and action plans simultaneously
• Track risks to ensure successful initiative outcomes
• Promote continuous improvement and partnership with stakeholders
• Identify insights and influence business direction through effective communication
