Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fraud management, data analytics, and model/rule building, preferably in ticketing or financial services.
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (7+ years of relevant experience can substitute educational requirements).
- Strong understanding of payment systems like credit cards and eWallets.
- Experience with fraud vendors like Sift, Accertify, etc. is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and analytical tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to prioritize projects based on various factors.
Responsibilities:
