Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in fraud management, data analytics, and model/rule building, preferably in ticketing or financial services.
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (7+ years of relevant experience can substitute educational requirements).
  • Strong understanding of payment systems like credit cards and eWallets.
  • Experience with fraud vendors like Sift, Accertify, etc. is preferred.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and analytical tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on various factors.
Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitor KPIs and metrics related to fraud trends, present findings and recommendations.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Propose and drive projects to address fraud issues.
  • Define best practices for change management.
  • Manage fraud risk controls in partnership with other teams.
  • Balance multiple responsibilities in fraud prevention.
  • Offer data-driven insights to agents.
  • Manage fraud vendors and their model performance.
  • Collaborate with internal data teams for reporting needs.
  • Oversee a team of analysts, ensuring their engagement and career growth.
