Requirements:

• Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical firms on observational research and real-world data.
• Expertise in statistical programming (R) and database exploration (SQL).
• Strong knowledge of epidemiologic methods, real-world data sources, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement systems to improve data richness, reliability, and usability.
• Develop data quality measures for Verantos Pragmatic Registry datasets.
• Generate analysis outputs that meet statistical standards.
• Provide technical expertise on statistical techniques to stakeholders.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and inform the product roadmap.
• Define product requirements to enhance the usability of Verantos' data.
• Identify innovative tools for faster development and deployment.
• Maintain documentation consistent with process guidelines.
