Requirements:

• Instructional Design Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience creating training content.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess enablement needs and measure training impact based on data.
• Experience in Enablement or Learning & Development: 5-7 years, preferably in a strategic or cross-functional capacity.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional enablement or L&D teams.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to influence and align with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting and executing comprehensive enablement strategies that align with organizational business objectives.
• Designing and leading training programs, workshops and coaching sessions to empower leaders.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
• Establishing KPIs for ongoing effectiveness measurement and developing solutions for improvement.
• Leading change management initiatives including internal communication strategies.
• Managing enablement tools to ensure proper setup, usage, and reporting.
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends to evolve the enablement function.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
