Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning system.
• Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate across different organization levels.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for driving solution development.
• Well-rounded understanding of business concepts and financial planning & analysis processes.
• Strong ability to design financial models within Adaptive Planning for improved forecasting accuracy.
• Knowledge of system testing and debugging techniques.
• Creative thinking for providing solutions and enhancing the finance team experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data integrations into Workday Adaptive Planning from Workday Financials, Workday HCM and other source systems.
• Monitor deployment of additional cloud-based functionality/upgrades released by Workday/Adaptive.
• Manage business rules impacting calculations, allocations and repositories within Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting and forecasting.
• Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to align with operational needs.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
• Lead internal trainings and troubleshooting data issues.
• Maintain user permissions and analyze business requirements for application configuration.
