Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical background in real-time protocols such as WebSockets, MQTT, and Server-Sent Events.
• Extensive experience in technical support for enterprise customers and troubleshooting.
• Pre-sales and post-sales experience, ideally in SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka and coding in languages such as JavaScript, Java/Kotlin, C#, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for understanding customer needs and providing technical guidance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to showcase platform capabilities.
• Offer technical expertise for successful customer implementations and architectural reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with customer development teams and manage critical escalations.
• Create documentation for internal and external teams to facilitate collaboration.
