• Collaborate with senior and executive leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
• Guide HR Generalists in managing a globally distributed workforce, addressing remote work challenges.
• Continuously refine HR processes to support growth in GenAI and engineering teams through efficient tools and analytics.
