Requirements:

• Proven experience as a People and Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company.
• Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce.
• Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement organizational strategies that enhance inclusion, engagement, transparency and accountability.
• Function as a strategic partner and business advisor to leadership to drive workforce excellence and productivity.
• Develop operational plans and policies that focus on talent attraction, employee retention, development and progress.
• Develop and implement performance assessment and management systems to drive employee development, recognition and goal achievement.
• Initiate and implement strategic projects that foster high-performance culture and strong employer brand.
• Develop employee grading systems and practices to ensure fairness in terms of compensation structure.
• Utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
