  • Proven experience as a People and Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company.
  • Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce.
  • Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
