Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally with a customer-facing component.
• 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• Proven success in leading large-scale projects focused on client onboarding and change management.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set strategic goals for implementations and manage resources for timely execution.
• Drive large-scale process improvements and collaborate with Product on efficiency tools.
• Design a curriculum and change management framework for franchise teams.
• Provide regular updates to executives about implementation progress and metrics.
• Lead and mentor senior managers, fostering problem-solving and adaptability.
