Requirements:
  • Experience working at a software company with configuration or no code builders.
  • Experience in manufacturing, life science, medical devices, automotive, or aerospace environments, particularly in operations, R&D, or quality.
  • At least two years of experience in Implementation, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, or Integrations-focused Solution consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is a plus.
  • Organized and able to execute complex plans during the implementation cycle.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of each purchased module through configuration, preparation, and onboarding.
  • Provide technical support and training sessions to ensure effective product utilization.
  • Demo best practices and use-cases for various functionalities.
  • Tweak or configure customer accounts to address specific pain points.
  • Create and manage automation and PDF tasks using team resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering to create and resolve bugs.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Monitor success metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing solutions.
