Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or similar roles
  • Prior experience selling health/wellness benefits to employers/benefits aggregators
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • History of closing large, complex deals with an extended sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a bias for action
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced business/professional/health degree preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute against enterprise sales strategy selling to employers
  • Serve as primary client-facing representative for key early partners
  • Build and foster a pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Track and analyze the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the legal team and Calibrate leadership on contract negotiations
  • Drive opportunities from initial conversation through close
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with various teams to execute against strategy
  • Develop trusted relationships with early partner teams to identify key metrics and inform product and partnership strategies
