Requirements:
  • 25-30 door pulls daily and a structured methodology for acquiring new business.
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in cold calling for financial and marketing services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience with a hunter mentality, self-motivated to drive business in outside sales.
  • Strong financial acumen and confident communication skills for client presentations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, setting up in-person meetings with decision makers.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads and build strong relationships.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives, including cold calls, appointments, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with account managers and operations to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage all sales activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).
