Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Exposure to hiring on a global level (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Background in online and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team management and strong decision-making skills.
• Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and recruitment metrics (huge plus).
• Background in diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment (huge plus).
