Requirements:

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment, and data validation tools.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Experience in a researcher, SDR, or similar role, preferably in an IT outsourcing company would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various tools and resources to gather accurate and up-to-date prospect information, contact data, and create and validate databases.
Evaluate leads by assessing their needs, interests, and alignment with our offering.
Collaborate with the SDR team on the research criteria and results.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance your approach.
