Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Distribution.
• 5 - 7 years progressive managerial supply chain experience within 3PL warehouse / distribution environments.
• Experience managing and directing internal and external partners with operational priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for project implementations.
• Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ideal candidate has beauty experience and/or passion for the beauty category.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of daily operations with current and future 3PL warehouse providers.
• Drive weekly operational calls to track performance and achieve goals.
• Design and evaluate warehouse performance metrics, recommending improvements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and order status, ensuring successful flow of inventory.
• Communicate with Customer Support, Transportation, Procurement, and E-Commerce teams.
• Resolve all service issues related to customer orders and 3PL operations.
• Manage annual budget with Director of Distribution.
• Review, approve, and track 3PL invoices and perform periodic audits.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and review launch of new customers.
• Oversee special projects at 3PL warehouses.
• Conduct periodic visits to strengthen partnerships and drive improvements.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop distribution team members.
