Senior Billing Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required; public accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred.
• High-energy team player with adaptability and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Solid communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/organizational skills.
• Desire to automate and streamline manual processes.
• Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn enterprise accounting (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to integrate and test a new billing system for accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the invoicing process and resolve discrepancies during high-volume periods.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the billing system and drive workflow optimizations.
• Provide support to stakeholders on billing-related inquiries and assist junior team members.
• Help with accounts receivable collections and support external audit deliverables.
