Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a customer service role.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to understand web languages such as HTML, ActionScript, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding the importance of processes and procedures and the application of these.
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and establish effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge on writing MySQL queries is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Deal with tickets raised via our internal ticketing system.
  • Provide high level of Technical Application Support to internal colleagues, publishers and advertisers via email, phone, and a ticketing system.
  • Identify technical issues/bugs and escalate as appropriate.
  • Administer a knowledge base used internally and externally.
  • Test new developments and features.
  • Act as an intermediary between Account Managers and Developers.
  • Provide high level training to internal colleagues.
