• Recognized Industry certifications in networking, cloud or cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Retain specialist knowledge across SonicWall products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery conversations to qualify and validate customer requirements.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support remote partner product trials.
• Build and maintain a personal lab for demo requests.
• Participate in beta testing and provide feedback on product features.
• Collaborate with support to maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Support technical marketing initiatives.
