Requirements:

• Product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment of at least 3 years.
• Proven work experience collaborating with a UX team, including prototyping and usability testing.
• High proficiency in product discovery processes, including analytics, market research, and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work with an agile engineering team and direct its activities.
• Background or knowledge in enterprise architecture is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English, with a strong motivation to engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be the expert for reports and presentation features in the team.
• Work closely with customers to understand their reporting needs and integrate their feedback into the development process.
• Engage with product leadership to align and influence the product strategy.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to understand market dynamics and shape product positioning.
• Manage the team's backlog and roadmap, determining the priority of topics.
• Take full responsibility from product discovery through delivery, ensuring customer value.
