Requirements:

• University degree in a field related to ADE, Law, Economics, or Business.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Organized and proactive individual with the ability to work in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with accounting management systems and ERPs, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Management and accounting of bank accounts for various business entities.
• Verification of bank transactions and preparation of related financial reports.
• Providing support to suppliers and customers with timely responses to inquiries.
• Handling payment and invoicing issues, offering quick and effective solutions.
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of documentation for audits.
• Collaborating with finance and accounting teams on administrative tasks.
• Actively participating in identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
