Responsibilities:
  • Drive and support clinical operations for enterprise clients.
  • Optimize clinical operational processes using best practices.
  • Liaise directly with enterprise clients and recommend clinical best practices.
  • Prepare clinical staff for care services including therapy and training sessions.
  • Set up, review, and refine Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage clinical metrics reporting and provide insights on mental health services.
  • Consult during crisis situations and track intervention outcomes.
  • Align with internal teams on commercial demands and policies.
  • Conduct workshops at client sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones.
