Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an appointment setter or similar role in a high-ticket sales environment.
  • Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish, as 5-10% of leads may be Spanish-speaking.
  • Familiarity with selling Ecommerce services.
  • Experience in selling or setting appointments for high-ticket programs ranging from $25k to $100k.

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and manage information in the CRM.
  • Follow up with leads via email and text to improve show-up rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and appointment statuses.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales huddles to refine skills.
