• 1+ year of work experience managing service or operations-related groups.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to run and understand statistics linked to planning and production goals.
• Advanced English Level.

• Promote a culture of performance based on SLAs and operational excellence.
