Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager
  • Desire to work with demanding, multi-national customers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to work with a variety of customer profiles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce & MS Excel required, Gainsight is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges
  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation of our product from start to finish
  • Provide product training and documentation to new users to ensure successful adoption
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and provide strategic advice on best practices to maximize customer success
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence product development based on customer insights
  • Support sales initiatives to grow and expand existing accounts through adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct effective Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight the customer’s realized value and communicate recommendations and new features
  • Diligently manage Gainsight and Salesforce data to effectively manage your book of business
