- Minimum of 4 years of experience in North American (US) payroll.
- Willingness to work in the 6 PM to 3 AM IST shift.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/HRM or its equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Global payroll, including tax filings and regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to monthly SLA metrics and other prominent deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison to employees and third-party payroll vendors to ensure proper payroll processing.
- Partner with HR & Finance teams to ensure coordination and information sharing.
- Develop, update, and maintain process mapping and documentation.
- Attend and resolve payroll queries, providing accurate information to stakeholders.
- Verify and review exit clearance formalities and process employee F&F accordingly.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Manage multiple project assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
