Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer support role with strong understanding of customer interaction dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Ukrainian and English at C1+ level.
• Passion for technology and desire to develop in the IT industry.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of technology stacks used by developers is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CV database and external sources to identify and engage top technical talent across various technology stacks.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Specialists to understand hiring needs and provide a pipeline of candidates.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and Hiring Specialists for communication and interview scheduling.
• Evaluate candidate skills to provide insights and recommendations for Hiring Specialists.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and enhance engagement.
• Promote the employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
