Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Accounting and cash application experience is ideal.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
• Experience analyzing data and reconciling customer accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other areas of the organization.
• Customer-focused mindset, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong accounting skills to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Process, research and record accounts receivable payments/credits in multiple currencies.
• Reconcile receivable accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted accurately.
• Communicate with customers to retrieve payment remittances.
• Reconcile daily cash to bank statement.
• Work cross-functionally with other Velocity Global teams to ensure service continuity.
• Foster an attitude of continuous process improvement related to Accounts Receivable.
