Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or business discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Pharmaceutical R&D or clinical research services.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Setting direction, strategy, and performance standards for assigned project teams.
• Providing oversight of project activities including protocol development, budget management, and project timelines.
• Managing and mentoring Clinical Project Management staff.
• Leading continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identifying project risks and managing stakeholder communication.
