Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA) is ideal.
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Proven leadership experience in developing finance teams.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (FAS, IFRS).
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for clear presentation of financial information.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal and outsourced accounting teams.
• Ensure accurate financial statements preparation in accordance with FAS/IFRS.
• Oversee financial closing process including consolidations and reconciliations.
• Manage treasury activities and ensure compliance in accounts payable.
• Oversee accounts receivable and tax compliance.
• Ensure financial regulations compliance.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
