Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project managing Workday HCM, payroll, or financial implementations with medium or large enterprise clients.
• Current Workday certifications preferred.
• Experience in consulting either as an internal consultant or with a consulting company.
• Working knowledge in Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for successful completion of project deliverables such as charter, governance, and issue logs.
• Work with Client project manager to manage milestone deliverables like Design sign off and Testing approvals.
• Anticipate and identify scope slip, manage project governance to the agreed budget.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for other Project Managers.
• Ensure projects are planned and staffed properly, resolve issues impacting project scope and timelines.
• Maintain client satisfaction post-implementation.
