Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a field sales representative, especially in B2B Software sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

Responsibilities:
  • Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI).
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources among projects.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Propose and implement strategies to scale Drawer business in ASEAN market together with head of CADDi APAC.
