Requirements:
  • Knowledge of month end processes, including reconciling control accounts and processing journal entries.
  • Self starter who is confident to lead processes and drive process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Feeding into month end processes, including reconciling control accounts and user balance movements, posting journals, assisting with consolidation and commentary.
  • Creating Board reporting packs and performance decks with actionable insights.
  • Business partnering with departments to track performance vs. plan.
  • Analysing our performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Automating finance processes to drive efficiency.
  • Driving the adoption of new financial tools and systems.
  • Conducting market analysis to benchmark Prolific’s performance.
  • Ad hoc project work depending on business requirements.
