Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Linux systems administration and networking experience.
  • Basic understanding of client-server architecture for web applications/PaaS.
  • 2+ years providing system-level customer support.
  • 2+ years experience with at least one public cloud environment.
  • 1+ year experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with Bash or Python, with ability to read and understand code.
  • Preferred knowledge of LDAP, SAML, and Windows enterprise systems administration.
Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with Product Development, provide in-depth support to customers during installation, upgrading, and usage of Plotly products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer environments (on-premise, AWS, Azure, GCP) to assist with configurations.
  • Identify ways to streamline customer processes for efficient product utilization.
  • Communicate potential product and documentation improvements to relevant teams.
