- Act as the agile coach and project leader for the Top of Funnel squad.
- Use agile methodologies to organize and manage the squad’s backlog.
- Coordinate with Middle-of-Funnel teams, Account Executives, and Sales leadership.
- Manage support tickets with proper documentation and planning.
- Lead regular agile ceremonies like sprint planning and standups.
- Support squad members in workload prioritization.
- Continuously optimize team processes and documentation.
- Act as the point of contact for all Top of Funnel projects.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the demand generation engine.
