Requirements:

• 10+ years of HR and/or DEI experience working cross-functionally in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of DEI People Analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate metrics into strategy.
• Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to work autonomously and implement solutions.
• Internal or external consulting experience with a client service orientation.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in people analytics metrics using tools like Qualtrics and Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a customized inclusion and engagement strategy, ensuring integration into key business processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to guide adjustments in diversity and inclusion strategies.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure initiative success.
• Support leaders in achieving their inclusion and engagement goals.
• Partner with key stakeholders to implement programming and track progress.
• Create programs to enhance engagement and retention of underrepresented groups.
• Advocate for all employees and ensure diverse representation.
